2. About Suriya Lab

Suriya Lab is a brand and positioning consultancy registered and operating in Thailand. Our principal office is located at 77 Charoen Krung Road, Bang Rak, Bangkok 10500. We provide professional advisory services in the areas of brand positioning, messaging strategy, and communications guidance to business clients.

3. Services

Our services are professional consulting engagements. All descriptions of services on this Site are provided for informational purposes only. Specific scope, deliverables, and timelines are established through written agreements between Suriya Lab and each client prior to commencement of work.

We offer three service types:

• Positioning Clarity Session — A single-session advisory engagement producing a written positioning summary.
• Brand Foundations Engagement — A project-based engagement producing a messaging guide and example copy.
• Brand Advisory Retainer — An ongoing monthly advisory relationship with regular review and written guidance.

Suriya Lab provides general brand and communications advisory. We do not provide legal advice, financial advice, or any regulated professional services.

4. Enquiries and Contact Forms

Submitting an enquiry through any contact form on this Site does not constitute a binding agreement or commitment by either party. An engagement begins only when both Suriya Lab and the client have agreed in writing to the scope, deliverables, and fees applicable to a specific piece of work.

5. Fees and Payment

Published pricing on this Site represents our standard service rates and is provided in Thai Baht (฿). Prices are subject to change without prior notice, although changes will not affect engagements already agreed in writing.

Payment terms, invoicing arrangements, and applicable taxes are set out in the written agreement for each engagement. Unless otherwise specified, payment is due within 14 days of the invoice date.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, design, layout, graphics, and other materials — is the property of Suriya Lab or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any Site content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

With regard to client work, ownership of deliverables produced during an engagement is transferred to the client upon receipt of full payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Background intellectual property belonging to Suriya Lab remains the property of Suriya Lab.

7. Confidentiality

We treat all information shared with us by clients during the course of an engagement as confidential. We do not share client materials, business information, or conversations with third parties except as required to perform the services agreed, or as required by law.

We ask that clients treat any proprietary tools, templates, or methodologies shared during an engagement with equivalent discretion.

8. Limitation of Liability

Suriya Lab provides strategic advisory and communications guidance. We make no representation that the application of our recommendations will produce any particular commercial outcome.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Suriya Lab's total liability to any client arising from or related to a specific engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid by that client for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

9. Website Use

You may use this Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or its related systems
• Use the Site to transmit unlawful, harmful, or offensive content
• Use automated means to scrape or extract content from the Site without our written consent
